Online Every Saturday offers a welcoming weekly opportunity to experience Sensory Awareness in community, whether you are new or returning to deepen your practice. Guided by experienced leaders from around the world, these live Zoom sessions invite you to slow down, reconnect with direct experience, and explore embodied awareness in a simple, spacious way.

For many participants, these Saturday gatherings are a not-to-be-missed opportunity to slow down, reconnect with direct experience, and practice alongside a thoughtful, international community.
