Refund Policy

Effective Date: 28 November,2025

1. Physical Products

Refunds are issued once returned items are inspected and approved. Funds will be returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

2. Digital Products

Due to their nature, digital downloads (ebooks, audio recordings) are non-refundable unless the file is defective or inaccessible.

3. Event Registrations

  • Refunds may be available if requested at least [X days] before the event.
  • Late cancellations may receive partial credit or no refund, depending on event type.
  • If we cancel an event, participants will receive a refund or credit.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund after the stated processing time, please contact your bank or card issuer. If the issue persists, contact us directly.
