Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Return Policy applies to physical products only.

1. Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Digital products (downloads, audio files, ebooks)
  • Event registrations (see refund policy for details)
  • Sale or clearance items (unless damaged or defective)

3. Return Process

  1. Contact us with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.
  3. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

4. Exchanges

We can replace defective or damaged items at no additional cost.
