Sensory Awareness in German — Monthly Online Sessions

We warmly welcome everyone interested in Sensory Awareness to our online sessions in German, created especially for those who prefer to practice in their native language.

Some participants regularly attend our Saturday Zoom classes in English, while others may not have joined due to language barriers. These German-language sessions offer an accessible and supportive space to experience Sensory Awareness through direct, embodied practice — guided entirely in German.

Whether you are joining for the first time or returning to a familiar practice, you are warmly invited.

All are welcome. No prior experience is required.
