DESCRIPTION:Tuesdays\, 6:30 – 7:30pm Eastern US | 3:30 – 4:30pm Pacific Time \nOnline on Zoom. \nGuided sitting and walking meditation.\n(20 min. sitting / 10 min. walking or movement / 20 min. sitting\, followed by a brief sharing) \nThis is not a Sensory Awareness class\, though the approach is similar. We simply sit (and walk) in the presence of what is alive in and around us. \nQuite often we’ll have a theme\, suggested by a participant\, which will inform the way I lead the meditation. \nThis is a drop-in group. You only have to sign up once to then receive weekly reminders with a Zoom link. No obligation to participate every week. \nCost: This class is by dana/donation.
