What is Sensory Awareness?
The experience of peace, health and power in the individual is the beginning of a peaceful, healthy society. For many of us a most direct way to this experience is through Sensory Awareness, a practice in which we can rediscover our natural balance, self-confidence and oneness with ourselves and others.
The Sensory Awareness Foundation is committed to preserving, sharing, and developing the work of Sensory Awareness.
Sensory Awareness Foundation Mission Statement
The basis of this work is to awaken and support the capacity within each person to be present and responsive to what is needed within ourselves, in our relationships with others and in our environment, and to contribute to a more connected and caring world from one moment to the next.
World Wide Leaders and Teachings
Accredited students of Charlotte Selver and members of the Sensory Awareness Leaders Guild have long been offering the practice of Sensory Awareness, and there are now more than fifty practitioners in the United States, Mexico, Canada, Germany, Switzerland, Austria and Spain.
